Now there is a lot of snow in our forecast for Christmas, and we keep looking out the windows of our house to see how much has fallen.
"I think that New Mexico was the greatest experience from the outside world that I ever had. It certainly changed me forever ... The moment I saw the brilliant proud morning (sun) shine high up over the deserts of Santa Fe, something stood still in my soul." ~D.H. Lawrence

Playing in the snow
Karin, Carlos and Victoria have come to spend our first Christmas in New Mexico with us. Victoria doesn't get to see snow in Texas very often, and was so anxious to play in our snow here. Yesterday we went up into the mountains north of Pecos where there is a lot of snow on the ground, and we all played in the snow.
Now there is a lot of snow in our forecast for Christmas, and we keep looking out the windows of our house to see how much has fallen.

Hope they all enjoy their white Christmas!!! Send some over here, all predicted for us is WIND. Bleh!
I second Jenny's comment. The wind is beyond tiresome down this way -- it's achieved obnoxious status.
And Victoria... what a CUTIE!
