Tea and Revolution are still brewing in New Mexico

Our Second Annual Tax Day “Enough is Enough” Tea Party was held on the Plaza in Santa Fe two days ago.

If an event can go off perfectly and exactly as planned, this event accomplished that!

The weather was gorgeous, the crowd of approximately 800 people was spirited and enthusiastic.

There was lots of color and patriotism and great music and inspiring speeches, ending with a fantastic call to action by Sheryl Bohlander.

It was so much fun seeing many old friends and meeting some new ones. And the best part was knowing we are all struggling for a common cause -- saving our country from encroaching socialism and committing ourselves to our core conservative principles: smaller government, less taxes, the free market system, national security, and personal responsibility.

Yes, Patriots Are on the March -- and we have a full schedule ahead of us from now until the important elections in November. Thursday was just the beginning ...

What would any tea party be without party crashers trying to cash in on the chance for a little publicity? These are a couple of the Nazi protestors who shouwed up:

Thanks for sharing. Sounds like you had a great turnout. There are so many things I could say about the protestors but I'll just sit here quietly and enjoy my afternoon.
