Last week when we were in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas, we stopped at the Grand Central Hotel for lunch. And grand it is! The hotel was built in 1884, and in recent years under new management, has been renovated. What a lovely place!
And lunch was great too. We opted for the burgers - after all, this was beef country!
